Upcoming Change: Discontinuing access for Unapproved Third-Party Payments Vendors

We will begin limiting Denticon and Cloud 9 access to unauthorized payments vendors (any payment solution not marketed and supported by Planet DDS).

If you currently use an unapproved payment vendor, you’ll need to transition to Planet DDS Pay to avoid any disruption in automatic posting to the ledger.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, we’re offering:

    • A free terminal for customers who sign up for Planet DDS Pay by December 20, 2025
    • Migration support for Planet DDS Pay
    • Training
    • Dedicated guidance from your account manager
