Going paperless has made a huge difference operationally. Being able to digitally create contracts and email them to patients right through Cloud 9 has saved us a lot of time—and ink. Cloud 9 has made so many things easier. For example, it has AutoPay, which allows us to have a payment method and a backup method on file, and the patient can choose the date they want the automated withdrawal made.
