Eligible customers who sign up for Planet DDS Pay by [September 30, 2025] will also receive Denticon Patient Communication at the same practice location with the standard subscription fees waived through December 31, 2025; the customer will be responsible for any variable fees as set forth at https://www.planetdds.com/planet-dds-variable-fee-schedule/. Subscription billing for Denticon Patient Communication will begin January 1, 2026, unless the customer provides written notice of cancelation by December 20, 2025. Standard Planet DDS Pay terms and conditions apply. Cost-Offset Fees are available on credit card transactions only. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of Cost-Offset Fees is compliant with applicable laws and card network rules, which are subject to change and may prohibit or restrict such surcharge fees, and for the payment of any fees that cannot be passed directly to patients through Cost-Offset Fees.
