Apteryx Imaging has decided to end our distribution of RAY America imaging products and services
As of February 1, 2021, Apteryx Imaging has decided to end our distribution of RAY America imaging products and services, including the RAYSCAN line of cone beam CT, panoramic and cephalometric imaging devices. Our decision to exit this business line is grounded in our desire to focus on our core software business, which was solidified when Apteryx was acquired by Planet DDS in August of 2020.
Apteryx Imaging and RAY America are currently working together to ensure a smooth transition of RAYSCAN sales and support services to the RAY America team. Throughout this process, it is our goal to ensure there are no disruptions to your RAYSCAN service and support.
Our company initially chose RAY as our partner as they brought tremendous innovation to this product category as well as a strong commitment to customer service and support. This transition, which is effective February 1, requires no action on your part. A RAY support representative will contact you to answer any questions you may have regarding the transition.
