Q: How do I access the customer portal?

A:  Click Here to log into Denticon. Click on the “Help” drop-down menu, then choose “My Invoices” to update your credit card information and view invoices.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Your account is on autopay once your credit card or Bank Debit ACH is on file. You can also make payments through the customer portal.

Q: How can I update my payment information?

A: Click Here to log into Denticon. Click on the “Help” drop-down menu, then choose “My Invoices” to update your credit card information or bank debit ACH. Please select the correct customer in order to update the specific office’s billing information.

Q: How can I view my invoices?

A: Click Here to log into Denticon. Click on the “Help” drop-down menu, then choose “My Invoices” to view invoices. Please select the correct customer in order to view the specific office’s invoices.

Q: Please take off my sales tax

A: Please contact us with your business sales tax exempt certificate.
