Periodontal & Implant Associates is a referral-based practice and is in regular communication with referring practices. “In a busy practice with 3 locations, when things came to a standstill it could affect us greatly,” explains Dr. Weiss. “The other software applications we were using could not manage multiple locations at one time. Instead, we had 3 different programs to run each office and tried, unsuccessfully, to integrate them.” With multiple practice management solutions running across three locations, Dr. Weiss explains why it became cumbersome to access up-to-date information on his patients. “I often see patients at different locations, and it was labor-intensive to manage patients’ information from the clinical and administrative side. Even if I’m traveling or at home, I can access the information I need as if I was at my office. That level of convenience is unparalleled,” says Dr. Weiss.
