Looking Back on 2019

At Legwork, we’re committed to helping dental practices increase office efficiency, improve patient experience, and grow their practice. During 2019 we demonstrated our commitment by launching innovative features, increasing our capacity, and delivering happiness. 




 




Innovation






Constantly finding ways to equip dental practices with state-of-the-art tools, we launched many new features in 2019. We introduced Legwork NPS (Net Promoter Score) – a powerful feature utilized by Fortune 500 companies – to dental practices to help drive positive reviews and referrals while simultaneously gauging the health of a practice. We also launched Legwork Local to make sure your practice appears at the top of local search results. More recently, we brought dental teams Call Pop-Up, our caller ID solution, and easy-to-use digital forms with Legwork Paperless. And we became the first place where dental practices can select only the features they want, none they don’t, with the Patient Engagement Cloud. Our new features could be summarized as follows:

Reflecting on this past year, Legwork has experienced some pretty amazing things. We ranked in the top 25% on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies, received a $17 million investment from Level Equity, and nearly doubled our employee count. Highlights from the year include: 






Delivering Happiness 








From Atlanta to the Pacific Northwest, Legwork represented at a number of trade shows in March, May, and June. This past fall, we established a “SuccessTeam” to ensure customers old and new keep a smile on their face when using Legwork software. To further equip dentists, we created a 6-part live webinar series focused on accelerating their practices. We also updated our website with splashes of color, more in-depth descriptions, and easier navigation. Our “Resources” tab, for example, include on-demand

. And we continued to deliver happiness through charity work, such as when we partnered with our friends at Pulse PRM to deliver almost $2k worth of toys, games, and other gifts for kids getting treatment at Seattle Childrens. Highlights from delivering happiness include:
