Bart Walker

Bart concentrates on mergers, acquisitions, and healthcare regulatory compliance. His practice includes advising healthcare providers as well as equity sponsors and lenders to the healthcare industry. In connection with representing healthcare providers, he works with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, dental services organizations (DSOs), urgent care providers, large physician group practices, end-stage renal disease facilities, and home health and DME companies on various regulatory and transactional matters.

Blake Rice

President, Planet DDS 

Blake is responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and strategy at Planet DDS, the established leader in cloud-based practice management software with Denticon. Before he joined Planet DDS, Blake co-founded District Line Partners, a private investment fund created to acquire and operate a single attractive business in a growing industry. He also served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and worked for the U.S. State Department in Africa. Blake has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
