American Mobile Dental Chooses Planet DDS Web-based Software to Manage Its Fleet

IRVINE, CA, October 24, 2007 -- American Mobile Dental Corp., headquartered in Mamaroneck, NY, announced today that it has chosen a Web-based software to manage the scheduling, patient accounts, insurance, billing, and clinical records for their mobile dental office fleet. The Web-based application is called Denticon, which is hosted by Planet DDS, Inc.
American Mobile Dental owns and operates state of the art, mobile dental offices in the northeast and in California. These mobile dental offices are designed to bring quality oral health care to families that might otherwise find it too difficult or expensive to seek such services outside their neighborhoods. The mobile dental offices serve both Medicaid eligible and fee for service patients with basic dental services, including sealants for children and orthodontic services.
“We needed a software application that allowed us to manage our fleet of mobile dental offices from a central location,” said Ed Lorch, COO of AMDC. “Denticon was the ideal choice.
